This scope of work is an exclusive agreement between HLC and your business (i.e., Client) for the start of Digital Marketing services. These services will be ongoing on a monthly basis, with the option to opt-out with a thirty (30) day notice.
The Client agrees that this scope supersedes all other prior agreements, proposals, and representations — whether stated orally or in writing. With consent from the Client, HLC reserves the right to reevaluate and modify any portion of the below.

Confidentiality Agreement:
The parties agree to treat as confidential all non-public information (ie. passwords, payment information, etc.) disclosed during the term of this agreement, and shall not disclose or use such information for any purpose other than the performance of their obligations under this contract. This obligation of confidentiality shall survive the termination or expiration of this agreement.
A note on Ad Spend
Ad Spend is paid by the Client, directly to the advertising platform (ie. Google, Meta, etc.). HLC will only charge the Client for the management fees, not for Ad Spend. Paying the advertising platform for Ad Spend is the responsibility of the Client. The minimum ad spend required is $1,000 per month for Gold Plan participants.
