Staff Gems - David Yoon

Our staff gems series this month turns over to the bright lights of Toronto and one of our sales reps for the GTA, David Yoon. David is an avid road, gravel and urban cyclist, whose office hours are as likely to be while at the office as on the bike visiting our GTA dealers. Living in one of the densest cities in Canada also means that his bikes can handle a large amount of his transportation needs to get around. Always ready for an epic ride or a quick spin through the neighborhood, here are some of the products he relies on for both fun and everyday life.

Zefal, Pulse L2, Bottle Cage, Carbon, 18g- While bottle cages are a bike part that doesn’t ask for a lot of attention, a good bottle cage is as important on a bike as any piece. Without one, a bicycle looks incomplete. The Zefal cages are lightweight, all while maintaining a great hold on bottles, it's hard to go wrong with these Carbon cages. At home on a road bike, gravel bike or even a mountain bike, this Zefal cage is a worthwhile upgrade to lighten out your system, a great accessory to put the finishing touches on a new build or even just looking to change things up

Lezyne, Road Caddy, Seat Bag, 0.4L, Black Everyone needs a system to be able to keep piece of mind while out on a bike ride. For spares and flat kits, David turns to the Road Caddy from Lezyne. Bombtrack, Munroe Cargo, Commuter Bicycle, 20'', Matte Turquoise, M Who in their right minds like sitting in traffic? If you have the chance, why sit in a car when pedalling and moving is an option. With the density of Toronto, the Munro cargo quickly becomes a key way for David to visit dealers, run errands and make sure that there isn’t anything left behind when leaving home. The big volume tires mean nothing can stand in the way of getting to your destinations. Cheeky little urban dirt path? Rail trail? Bike lane full of dirt and items waiting to puncture an unsuspecting bike tire? The Munroe Cargo is ready and able to handle it all
